Acetaia Sereni "Family Reserve" Balsamic Vinegar

Acetaia Sereni is a family owned company located in Modena, Italy.  Their products are top of the line - dating back to techniques used for generations - and each is made with care and quality.  

Family Reserve is a product produced from a lengthy cooking of grape juice and wine vinegar.  It gives this balsamic a high density.  It is then aged in oak barrels to refine and add complexity.  It has a bright brown color and full-bodied, rich and velvety texture.  You will find notes of berries and cherries that alternate with a subtle acidic note - a nicely balanced, high density balsamic that is a customer favorite.

Great for: Suitable for meats, chicken, caprese, salad dressing, desserts, fresh fruit, roasted vegetables, filled pasta and cheeses.
