White Balsamic Vinegar This Innovative balsamic is increasingly popular in cooking (and one of our best sellers). Its aroma is fruity and initially acidic - then fades into a pleasant vanilla note due to the refinement in ash barriques. At the taste, it is sweet, soft and delicate, with a finely acidic note and an aftertaste of white fruits and green apples.
Good with: Salads (on its own or mixed with a quality extra virgin olive oil)
