White Label Balsamic Comes from a traditional family recipe handed down by four generations!  Every year a small quantity of it from ancient oak barrels is combined to create unique notes of red fruits like prune and cherry, jam and vanilla. 

Great for:  The high density and sweetness of this product make it exceptional for risotto, fresh filled pastas, both fresh and ripened cheeses, fish, chicken, red meats.
