While visiting the Sereni farm we became enamored with the attention to detail and the reverence for the history of the product.
We use this vinegar to brighten the summer produce adding to the wonderful flavors of the season.

It has a bold fresh flavor that complement's anything I add it to.
I appreciate the fact that there’s no fillers or anything added. Just straight, delicious, green oil. I also appreciate the transparency, knowing exactly what I’m getting & where it originated.

My favorite way to enjoy is putting a little bit in a dish, with the MieRadici spice blend & dunking a fresh piece of bread .

I have been purchasing Mie Radici Olive Oil for years and this is the best quality I have found. I shop around for different olive oils and enjoy tasting them but this continues to be my favorite.
